Make every player feel important and valued. Show that you care. Uplift weaker players and encourage them to speak. Explain omissions so players stay connected. Include every player by name in the post-match review.

Before every match, define each player’s role. Clear roles build collective confidence. Keep each player focused on their role instead of trying to do everything.
